Requirements
- Undertaking / sponsor letter signed at managerial level guaranteeing welfare and financial support
- Duly completed and signed application form
- Copy of the valid passport bio-data page and certified copy of the principal's visa page
- Birth certificate (children) and marriage certificate (spouse)
- Statutory declarations for de facto relationships plus an undertaking not to seek employment
- Police clearance and medical report including X-ray
How to apply
- Lodge a separate dependent application linked to the principal permit holder
- Dependent children must be ordinarily resident in PNG to qualify
- A change of status (COS) is required if a dependent later takes up employment
