How to apply

  • Apply through the NADRA online portal or a Pakistan mission as directed for your nationality
  • Provide documentation of the pilgrimage or religious programme

Documents you may need

  • Invitation or sponsor letter from the religious body being visited (e.g. Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee), or a sponsor letter plus a copy of the sponsor's Pakistani National ID card.
  • For groups, an invitation letter from a tour operator designated by the Department of Tourist Services.
  • Confirmed hotel reservation in Pakistan where applicable.
  • Recent bank statement as proof of funds.
  • Passport valid for at least six months, plus a compliant photograph.
