Most Pakistani visa applications require a valid passport, a recent passport-style photograph and a completed online application. Beyond these basics, each category asks for evidence specific to its purpose.

Business applicants typically provide a Chamber of Commerce letter or an invitation from a Pakistani company; work applicants provide an employment agreement, company undertaking and corporate registration documents; students provide an admission letter and the relevant No Objection Certificate; and medical applicants may need a letter from an enlisted hospital.
