Eligibility for a Pakistani visa is driven by two things: your nationality and your purpose of travel. Pakistan maintains lists of countries eligible for the online e-Visa, for visa on arrival, and for the Business Visa List, and separate arrangements apply to specific nationalities such as Afghan and Indian nationals.

Each category — tourist, business, work, study, family, medical or pilgrimage — has its own conditions and supporting-document requirements. Confirm the current rules for your passport and purpose on the official DGI&P and NADRA portals before applying.
