Who it is for

  • Nationals of approved countries who are not visa-exempt
  • Foreign nationals holding a valid residence permit in an approved country (e.g. US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Norway, New Zealand)
  • Foreign nationals holding a valid sticker visa for the US, UK, Schengen area, Canada, Australia, Ireland or New Zealand
