Who it is for
- Remote workers employed by a company that is not registered in Montenegro
- Self-employed people running their own company that is not registered in Montenegro
Requirements
- A valid travel document or identity card, valid at least three months beyond the permit period
- Proof of remote work — an employment contract or document showing you work electronically for a foreign company or your own foreign company
- No unconditional prison sentence of more than six months for an ex officio offence in the country of origin (unless the legal consequences have ceased)

- Reside in Montenegro while working remotely for the foreign employer or own company
- Extend the permit up to the maximum total period
