Who it is for

Requirements
- A job offer from a Monaco employer who initiates the application
- The employer must first review priority candidates presented by the Employment Service and give reasoned feedback before proposing another candidate
- Non-EEA nationals without existing work authorisation must be referred to the head of the Employment Department for consideration (and typically hold a French long-stay visa where they will also reside in Monaco)

- Work legally for the sponsoring employer once the permit is issued
- Receive social-services and pension-fund registration numbers alongside the permit
How to apply
- The employer submits the request online via MonGuichet.mc or on paper to the Employment Service
- Once approved, employer and employee sign the hiring authorisation request and pay the €5 stamp duty
- The employee then receives the work permit
