Who it is for
- International students enrolled in Monaco who will reside in the Principality for more than three months
- Applicants aged 16 or over (children under 16 do not hold a permit)
Requirements
- A French long-stay visa (type D) for non-EEA nationals, obtained before applying
- Proof of suitable accommodation in Monaco
- Proof of sufficient financial resources to cover studies and living costs
- A criminal-record extract less than three months old from countries of residence in the past five years, plus a valid passport
How to apply
- Non-EEA students obtain the French long-stay visa first through the French consulate
- Apply to the Residents Section (9 rue Suffren-Reymond, Monaco) online via the teleservice platform or in person
