The Marshall Islands operates a visa on arrival (VOA) and visa waiver (VW) system. According to RMI consular guidance, citizens of countries that have diplomatic relations with the Republic of the Marshall Islands may be granted a visa on arrival or a visa waiver on entry.

Citizens of non-exempt countries that do not qualify for VOA or VW must obtain a visa from the Division of Immigration before travelling. Because eligibility is tied to the RMI's diplomatic relations and can change, travellers should confirm their status before booking.
