- Spouses and dependants of workers and other principal visa holders in the RMI.
Requirements
- Evidence of the relationship to the principal visa holder.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Completed G-1 application form and G-1 checklist documents.
How to apply
- Complete the G-1 application and gather the G-1 checklist documents.
- Submit to the Division of Immigration, normally before entry, and wait for approval.
Documents you may need
- Evidence of the relationship to the principal visa holder (for example marriage or birth certificate).
- Details or a copy of the principal applicant's visa (such as an Employment Visa).
- Passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Completed VISA Entry Form (2025 Revised).
- Documents listed on the Division of Immigration G-1 General Checklist.
