Requirements

  • Proof of enrolment at a public or private institution recognised by the Malagasy government
  • A copy of the most recent diploma
  • Proof of a scholarship or sufficient financial means (e.g. legalised affidavit)
  • A letter of recommendation from the host university in Madagascar
  • Passport valid at least six months with blank pages
