Who it is for

  • Nationals of the countries listed by General Security as eligible for a cost-free visa on arrival
  • Travellers coming for tourism, sightseeing or short visits
  • GCC nationals and certain other nationalities who receive longer or multiple-entry entry stamps

Requirements

  • A passport valid for the required period (General Security states a minimum passport validity; tourist entry guidance commonly cites at least three to six months — confirm before travel)
  • No Israeli stamps or evidence of travel to Israel, which lead to refusal of entry
  • Proof of onward/return travel and sufficient means may be requested
  • Entry must be for tourism; this visa cannot be converted to a work visa without an official decision

  • Enter and stay for tourism or a short visit
  • Extend the stay up to the stated maximum through a General Security regional office
  • Not work or take up paid employment on this visa
