Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

For all visa routes, your travel document must be valid for at least six months from your intended date of entry. For the e-Visa you complete the online form and upload a passport bio-page scan and a photograph, then pay by card. Applications through a mission require the paper application form, passport, photographs and the fee, plus supporting documents for the purpose of travel.

Category-specific documents vary. Work permit applications through the State Migration Service require items such as notarised state-registration certificates, a foreign-worker personal data form, passport translations, educational diplomas, HIV-test certificates and photos. Study, family and residence routes require the corresponding proof – enrolment confirmation, evidence of the family relationship, or grounds for residence such as employment, study, investment or family reunification.

Confirm the exact document checklist for your category and nationality on the official portal or with the relevant Kyrgyz authority before submitting.
