- Travel details and, where required, confirmation of a tour booked through a registered agency
- Additional documentation may be requested from certain nationalities

- Create an application on the official MFA e-visa portal and authenticate your email
- Complete the form and upload the required documents
- Select the Iranian embassy/consulate where the visa will be collected
- Attend an interview if requested and pay the applicable fees
- Receive the visa grant number and have the visa issued/stamped
