Important
Consular visa applications generally require the completed IGM application form, a valid passport with a full legalised copy, and recent passport-sized photographs (one attached to the form and one for the visa). Where the original passport is not presented, a certified copy of the complete passport, apostilled or otherwise legalised, may be accepted.
The passport in which the Guatemalan visa will be stamped must have at least six months' validity. Depending on the visa type, additional documents such as proof of economic means, criminal-record certificates, a supporting letter from a company, or proof of enrolment at a recognised educational centre are required.
