Requirements
- Passport valid for the duration of the stay
- Completed e-Visa application (via evisacuba.cu) or a valid tourist card
- Proof of payment of the consular fee (payment is arranged with the relevant embassy/consulate)
- Completed D'Viajeros advance-information form before arrival
- Onward/return travel and accommodation details may be requested
What you can do
- Enter Cuba once for tourism and leisure for the authorised stay
- Apply to extend the permitted stay once from within Cuba through immigration offices
- Not permitted: paid employment or activities outside tourism
How to apply
- Apply online at the official e-Visa portal evisacuba.cu, or obtain a tourist card through a Cuban embassy/consulate or authorised airline/agency
- Pay the consular fee as directed by the embassy/consulate (online payment is generally not available)
- Receive the e-Visa by email
- Complete the D'Viajeros form within one week before arrival to generate the required QR code
