Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

D'Viajeros is a mandatory digital form that every traveller to Cuba — including children — must complete before arrival. Run through the Ministry of Transport (MITRANS) platform at dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu, it provides advance information required by the DIIE (immigration), the General Customs of the Republic and the Ministry of Public Health.

The form can be completed in the days before travel and generates a QR code that is presented on arrival, serving as the traveller's combined immigration, customs declaration and health information. It is separate from, and additional to, any visa or tourist card the traveller needs.

Key points

  • Mandatory for all travellers, including children
  • Completed online shortly before travel (guidance cites up to about a week ahead)
  • Generates a QR code required at the border
  • Covers immigration, customs and public-health information
  • Does not replace the need for a visa or tourist card
