Who it is for

Dependent spouses and minor children of a foreigner legally residing in Côte d'Ivoire.

Requirements

  • Standard first-application resident-card documents
  • For a dependent spouse: verified support (prise en charge) attestation and the spouse's identification
  • For minors under 16: parental authorisation and the guardian's identification documents
  • Documents in a language other than French must be translated and certified
