Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

For the online e-Visa pre-enrolment you generally need: the identity page(s) of a passport valid for at least six months, a confirmed round-trip flight reservation, and either an invitation letter or a proof of accommodation (hotel booking or accommodation certificate). A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required to enter Côte d'Ivoire.

For a foreigner resident card, ONECI requires a copy of the passport identity page (or consular card), a copy of the visa and entry stamp, the online pre-enrolment receipt, an enrolment receipt, a birth certificate extract and a recent residence certificate. Additional proof depends on your status - a work attestation for employees, enrolment or attendance certificate for students, commercial register for traders, pension statement for retirees, and so on. Documents in a language other than French must be translated and certified.

Always check the current checklist on the official portal for your exact category before applying, as required supporting documents differ by purpose of stay.
