The evisa.td portal advises applying at least seven days before your intended entry, and you cannot submit an application more than 90 days before your planned entry date. Building in buffer time is sensible in case additional checks are needed.
Long-stay work and residence processes are considerably longer, as they involve employer-led work authorisation through ONAPE before a long-stay visa and residence card can be issued.
