How to apply
- The sponsoring worker / employer applies through the Work Pass Division
- Provide proof of relationship, valid passports and supporting documents
- Family members complete the mandatory e-Arrival Card before travel
Requirements
- Proof of the family relationship to the person working in Brunei — for a spouse, a marriage certificate; for children, they must be under 18.
- A dependant pass / supporting letter linked to the working family member.
- A passport valid for at least six (6) months with sufficient pages.
- A completed medical check-up / medical report.
- A Letter of Authority to issue the Dependant Visa must be received from the Brunei authority before the application is processed.
