Requirements
The Long Term Pass is aimed at foreign nationals who need to remain in Brunei for an extended period but do not yet qualify for permanent residence. There are three streams:
- Long Term Social Visit Pass — for foreign nationals with family ties to Brunei citizens or permanent residents who do not yet meet the permanent-residence criteria.
- Long Term Business Visit Pass — for foreign business owners and investors who meet the eligibility criteria and contribute to Brunei's socio-economic development.
- Long Term Professional Visit Pass — for foreign experts and professionals whose expertise benefits Brunei's development.
