Requirements
- Three completed Immigrant Status forms (Form A) for adults, or two for those under 16, certified by a Justice of the Peace or notary public
- The Barbadian spouse's birth certificate and the marriage certificate (spouse applicants)
- Original and copy of the applicant's birth certificate and passport bio-data page
- A certificate of character from the police of each country lived in for 6+ months in the past 3 years
- A medical report (16 and over) or general health certificate (under 16)
- Four photographs, one certified by a Justice of the Peace
- School attendance and employment letters
- Official English translations of any foreign-language documents
How to apply
- Complete Form A (three copies for adults) and have them certified
- Attach originals and photocopies of all supporting documents
- Submit to the Immigration Department / Prime Minister's Office (Defence & Security); all fees are payable on submission
