Requirements
- A passport valid for the whole of your intended stay (check your carrier's own validity rule before travelling).
- You must be a national of a country that Azerbaijan applies a visa-free regime to, or hold a passport type (ordinary, service or diplomatic) covered by an agreement or unilateral arrangement.
- Your total stay must not exceed the limit set for your nationality, and in no case more than 90 days as capped by the Migration Code.
- Entry must be for a purpose permitted under the visa-free regime (typically short visits, tourism or business); it does not grant the right to work or reside.
