Requirements

  • Valid passport or MERCOSUR travel document
  • Argentine criminal record certificate (ages 16+) and foreign criminal clearance where applicable
  • Proof of address and regular entry
  • Investment project presented to Migraciones showing lawful origin of funds
  • Evidence that funds entered Argentina through Central Bank-authorised banking channels

  • Reside in Argentina to develop the investment
  • Obtain a temporary DNI
  • Renew and progress toward permanent residence

How to apply

  • Register in the RaDEX online system
  • Complete the application form and pay the platform fees
  • Upload the investment project and supporting documentation
  • Attend the in-person appointment when notified
