Processing times

The Direccion Nacional de Migraciones does not publish fixed processing times on its service pages; timing depends on the appointment scheduled after the online submission.

Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

The official Migraciones service pages describe the application steps but do not state guaranteed processing times. After the online submission in RaDEX, the applicant is notified by email of an in-person appointment date, and the timing of that appointment and the subsequent resolution depends on the category and the office.

Some categories offer a preferential (expedited) appointment for an additional fee, which can shorten the wait for the in-person stage. Because no official figures are published, applicants should treat any specific duration as unverified and check with Migraciones.
