Who it is for

  • Foreign nationals with a job offer or signed employment contract from an Andorran employer

Requirements

  • A signed employment contract with an Andorran employer
  • A clean criminal-record certificate from countries of nationality and residence, legalised as required
  • A medical examination arranged through the immigration medical area
  • Registration with the CASS social-security fund
  • Availability of a place within the year's immigration quota

What you can do

  • Reside in Andorra and work for the sponsoring employer while the authorisation is valid
  • Renew the authorisation on continued employment
  • Later apply for family reunification for eligible dependants

How to apply

  • The Andorran employer initiates the application and demonstrates the need to hire from abroad
  • The application and supporting documents are lodged with the Servei d'Immigració
  • The applicant completes the required medical check and CASS registration
  • Collect the residence-and-work authorisation once approved
