- A legalised clean criminal record and, where required, a medical examination
- A refundable AFA deposit as required for residence without work

- Reside in Andorra on the basis of the recognised interest
- Include eligible dependants
- You may not carry out a lucrative local activity on this permit

- Arrange the AFA deposit and health insurance
- Lodge the application with the Servei d'Immigració within the sub-quota
