How to apply for a Yemen visa

Most foreign nationals apply for a Yemen visa online through the official Immigration, Passports and Nationality Authority (IPNA) e-Visa portal, which launched in 2025. The applicant selects a visa category, completes the form, uploads supporting documents and pays the fee.

IPNA then reviews and verifies the application, and the visa is delivered by email once approved. Because Yemen's consular network and security situation change frequently, always confirm the current process on the official portal before booking travel.
