Requirements

- Letter from the host organisation explaining the purpose and duration

How to apply
Apply online at visas.immigration.go.ug, select the Special Pass, upload the supporting documents and submit for review.
Documents you may need
- Covering letter explaining the reason for the special pass and the duration of stay
- Supporting documents evidencing the stated reason (e.g. assignment/engagement details)
- Copy of the passport bio-data page, passport valid at least six months
- Recent passport-size photograph
- For company applications, supporting documents from the sponsoring organisation
