Requirements
- Proof of continuous legal residence in Uganda for ten years

- Evidence of good character and proven integrity (e.g. police clearance)
- Proof of tax compliance / no default on taxes due
- Valid passport and supporting documents
How to apply
Applications are submitted through the DCIC e-Immigration System at visas.immigration.go.ug and are decided by the relevant board. The certificate specifies the period for which the holder may remain in Uganda.
