Requirements

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages
  • Completed visa application form
  • One recent passport-sized photograph
  • Entry-permit number/approval obtained via the Aliens Department in Khartoum
  • Written paternal consent / no-objection letter for minors travelling without a parent

How to apply

  • Sponsor in Sudan applies to the Aliens Department (Ministry of Interior) for an entry-permit number
  • Wait for Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval of entry
  • Submit passport, form, photo and documents to the responsible Sudanese embassy/consulate
  • Pay the mission's visa fee and collect the visa once issued
