Visa-free entry with a Schengen, UK, EU or US visa

A distinctive Serbian rule lets holders of certain foreign visas or residence permits enter without a Serbian visa.

Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

Serbia allows visa-free entry to holders of all types of national passports who hold a valid Schengen, UK, EU Member State or US visa, and to holders of foreign national passports who hold a residence permit in a Schengen country, the EU or the United States.

Under this rule such travellers may enter, transit and stay in Serbia for up to 90 days within a six-month period, regardless of whether their own nationality would otherwise require a Serbian visa. This is separate from the ordinary visa-free lists that apply to many nationalities.
