Requirements
- Proof of the family relationship (e.g. marriage or birth certificate)
- The sponsor's Serbian citizenship or valid Serbian residence
- Proof of accommodation, means of subsistence and health insurance
How to apply
- Apply for temporary residence on the family-reunification ground via the Foreign Nationals' Portal
- Where entry requires it, obtain a D visa first
