A Greek national long-stay application carries fees at two stages: a consular visa fee paid to the Greek mission when you lodge the national visa, and, inside Greece, a residence-permit fee plus a separate charge for producing the biometric card. Some consulates also charge a service fee where an external visa application centre is used.
The Ministry of Migration and Asylum collects residence-permit charges through the Greek electronic state-fee system (e-Paravolo). One figure that is officially stated is a €16 charge for printing the separate document (the electronic/biometric residence-permit card).
