Processing times for a Denmark visa application
Most Danish residence-permit routes have a service goal of one to three months, while a permanent-residence decision is expected to take around twelve months.

Denmark publishes expected case-processing times separately for the two authorities that decide residence cases: SIRI (work, study and related schemes) and the Danish Immigration Service (family reunification, asylum, permanent residence). The figures are averages or service goals rather than guarantees, and the clock generally runs from the date the application is submitted.
Processing can take longer if documentation is missing or further information is needed, so the single most effective way to keep to the expected timeframe is to submit a complete application with all enclosures and biometrics from the start.
