How to apply

  • Obtain the self-employed work permit application form (Form 2) from the Office of the Prime Minister
  • Lodge the application at the Office of the Prime Minister, Bay Street, Kingstown

Requirements

  • Two certified passport-sized photographs
  • Police Certificate of Character / criminal record search from the country where you last resided for more than six months
  • Medical Certificate (doctor's report of health)
  • Copy of the passport personal-information (bio-data) page(s)
  • A contact telephone number
  • Birth and/or marriage certificates (including decree absolute) where applicable
  • Payment of the EC$200.00 non-refundable application fee
