- Obtain the self-employed work permit application form (Form 2) from the Office of the Prime Minister
- Lodge the application at the Office of the Prime Minister, Bay Street, Kingstown
Requirements
- Two certified passport-sized photographs
- Police Certificate of Character / criminal record search from the country where you last resided for more than six months
- Medical Certificate (doctor's report of health)
- Copy of the passport personal-information (bio-data) page(s)
- A contact telephone number
- Birth and/or marriage certificates (including decree absolute) where applicable
- Payment of the EC$200.00 non-refundable application fee
