Requirements
- A police record from the country where the applicant last resided
- Certified documentary proof of qualifications
- Trade Licence (where applicable)
- Copies of advertisements for the posts
- Evidence that income tax has been paid
- One passport-size photograph
How to apply
- Pay the EC$100 non-refundable fee to the Accountant General at the Government Treasury
- The Work Permit Officer issues an 'A' Form / application on presentation of the Treasury receipt
- Submit the completed application with all supporting documents to the Work Permit Officer
- The Minister for Labour approves or refuses the application
- On approval, pay the permit fee at the Treasury and collect the work permit
- Apply at least two months before the intended start date; do not work while the application is pending
