The HEALTH SCREENING FORM must be downloaded and printed by all arriving travellers. The form must be completed on the day of departure and presented at the Saint Lucia health screening desk upon arrival.
Entrants to Saint Lucia must present a valid vaccination certificate if they are fully vaccinated. Non-immunized travellers over the age of 5 must present a negative PCR test result from a test administered within 5 days prior to their arrival in Saint Lucia.
International tourists are required to adhere to all safety protocols in Saint Lucia, which includes wearing a mask in public.
PCR Test Requirements
Please note that the following details should appear on a negative test result:
- The name, address, and phone number of the laboratory where the sample was collected.
- The date of your birth
- The date of evaluation
- Type of examination and method of examination

- Non-immunized arrivals who do not meet these testing requirements will be tested at their own expense and required to remain in quarantine until the results are available.
Evidence of Recovery
Unvaccinated travellers who have recovered from COVID-19 within 90 days prior to entering Saint Lucia are permitted entry upon submitting the three documents listed below.
(This must be a PCR test) The results of the first positive test that led to isolation or quarantine;
A letter from their physician stating that isolation is no longer necessary;
The most recent positive PCR test administered no more than five days prior to entry into the country.
