The Bureau of Immigration publishes fees for its visa categories. Tourist and business visa extensions carry a fee, while some categories such as the student and temporary visas are issued without a visa fee.

Separately, every visitor is assessed a Palau environmental (Pristine Paradise) fee, and foreign-investment applications carry their own Foreign Investment Board fees.
