Short-stay eVisas are usually processed within a small number of business days, and the ROP advises applying online well before travel. Residence-based visas depend on the sponsor first obtaining any labour, education or investment approval, so overall timelines are longer.

Citizenship by naturalisation is a multi-stage process that concludes with a Royal Decree; the Gov.om service page gives an estimated processing time of around 36 months. Confirm current expectations on the official portal, as processing times are not guaranteed.
