Requirements

  • Invest at least NZD $1 million in an acceptable established New Zealand business you intend to actively run
  • Show at least NZD $500,000 to support yourself and any accompanying family
  • At least 3 years of acceptable business experience
  • Meet health and character requirements

  • Actively run and grow an established New Zealand business
  • Include partner and dependent children
  • Progress to residence (3-year pathway at NZD $1m; fast-track after 12 months at NZD $2m)
