How to apply

  • Complete the residence visa application form
  • Provide the supporting evidence required under the Immigration Regulations 2014
  • Submit to the Immigration Division for the Director's decision

Requirements

  • You must be a dependant of a Nauruan citizen — a spouse (unless formally separated), a child under 18, or a person wholly dependent on the citizen
  • A passport that will not expire within 3 months of the date of application
  • A police certificate and a certificate of medical fitness (see Documents)
  • The application completed in English, with all questions answered truthfully

Documents you may need

  • Certified copies of the identity pages of your passport or travel document
  • One recent passport-sized photograph (45mm x 35mm) with your name printed on the back
  • A police certificate covering the previous 12 months' residence
  • A certificate of medical fitness (including a chest x-ray and blood tests)
  • Certified English translations of any documents not in English
