Requirements

  • A principal Employment Pass holder meeting the salary threshold (above RM5,000)
  • Proof of the family relationship (marriage/birth certificates)
  • Sponsorship through the same employer/ESD process

How to apply

  • The principal's employer applies via the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) portal
  • Submit relationship evidence and supporting documents
  • The Dependant Pass is issued in line with the principal's Employment Pass validity
