Who it is for

  • Investors and businesspeople meeting the cash-guarantee or investment-certificate conditions
  • Holders of qualifying first- or second-category work permits
  • Their eligible family members (three-year permit)

Requirements

  • Valid passport (minimum validity of around two to three years depending on the permit)
  • Three recent photographs and completed application form
  • Lease agreement or property title deed
  • For work-permit holders: employer ID or commercial registration and a certified copy of the employment contract (with defined exceptions)

How to apply

  • Apply to a regional General Security bureau with the documents for your category
  • Renew in line with the validity of the underlying work permit or qualifying condition
