Requirements
- Completed visa application form
- Two recent colour passport photographs
- Passport valid for at least six months
- Letter stating purpose and length of stay, with host/hotel name, address and phone number
- Airline reservation or copy of round-trip ticket
- Letter from current employer
How to apply
- Apply at a Haitian embassy or consulate at least one month before departure
- Pay the fee by the method the mission specifies (e.g. money order or cashier's check to the mission)
- Complete the iKat registration before arrival
