iKat is Haiti's official digital entry and exit form, hosted by the government at delidoc.gouv.ht/ikat. It lets travellers submit their information in advance to speed up formalities at airports, seaports and land borders.
The form collects personal details (name, nationality, date of birth, passport data), travel details (dates, flight number, purpose), customs declarations and health information. Travellers who do not complete it beforehand must fill it in at the point of entry, which slows processing.
