Requirements
- Completed application form (with company stamp) and passport bio-data page
- Two passport-size photographs
- Employer's letter addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour
- Original police clearance from the country of residence for the preceding six months
- Notarised copies of qualification certificates and two professional references
- Proof of sufficient funds, company incorporation documents, tax compliance and National Insurance Scheme registration
How to apply
- The employer submits the application and documents to the Ministry of Labour
- Pay the application fee and, on approval, the applicable work permit fee
- The permit must be approved before the worker enters Grenada to take up employment
- Renewals should be submitted about three months before the permit expires to avoid a late penalty
