Important

This information is for general guidance only. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee your application will be approved.

Whether you need a visa for Grenada depends first on your nationality: nationals of many countries can enter visa-free for short visits, while others must obtain a visitor visa in advance or on arrival. Nationals who are unsure should contact a Grenadian High Commission or embassy before travelling.

For stays beyond a short visit, or to work, study, join family or settle, you must qualify for the relevant permit regardless of nationality. Work requires an employer-sponsored permit, study requires acceptance onto a recognised course, and residence and citizenship require a qualifying connection to Grenada or a qualifying investment.
