Visa and permit fees
What the official sources confirm about fees — including published citizenship fees; most visa fees are set by the Ministry and vary by nationality.
Important
Visa fees apply and are set by the Ministry of Home Affairs; the exact amount can depend on your nationality and the visa type, and is confirmed during the eVisa application. Temporary Residence Permit and work permit fees are set by the Department of Immigration Services.
For citizenship, the Ministry publishes fees by application class: a pre-application fee of E500 for adults (E100 for a woman married to a Swazi citizen) and a certificate fee of E1,000 on issuance, with a certificate fee of E5,000 for minors. E denotes Emalangeni, the Swazi currency.

- Adult applicants (Class C1): E500 pre-application, E1,000 certificate fee
- Woman married to a Swazi citizen (Class C2): E100 pre-application, E1,000 certificate fee
- Minor applicants (Class C3): E500 pre-application, E5,000 certificate fee
